Linda brings with her a wealth of experience and success gained over her 25 years of work at leading Bay Area childcare providers. Linda is a born leader with exceptional management skills to add to her B. A. in Child Development from San Jose State University. Her insights and steady hand show themselves at all levels throughout the center. She makes a point of staying in close touch with everything and everyone in the classrooms. She is central to the delivery of ScuttleBugs curriculum and loves her role, even indirectly, in helping children find value and worth in themselves and the world around them through everyday experiences such as play, problem solving, conflict resolutions and interactions with children and adults. She believes in a partnership with parents as an important bonus in the early childhood education process.
Her quick wit, warmth and sparkling sense of humor immediately endear her to all. In the rare moments when she is not working, Linda loves spending her free time with her family and friends, “doing just about anything”. Fun Fact: Linda goes on paranormal adventures, searching for proof of the existence of ghosts. A Social Media enthusiast (even her cat has her own Instagram account!), she is a great communicator and we’re delighted staff and parents can benefit from her wisdom and experience.
