Lead Teacher
We are seeking lead/supervisor qualified passionate, committed early childhood professionals who are driven to making a difference in the lives of the young children and families we serve. The successful candidates are responsible for the academic, social-emotional growth and development of all infants or preschoolers in their care. Maintain all aspects of compliance, health & safety, operations, and managing/mentoring their team members. Foster connections and build relationships with the families and community.
Qualifications
- Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency
- Infant position must be Infant Nursery Supervisor qualified
- A minimum Level 3 Colorado Shines ECT certification and 3+yrs experience in classroom management preferred.
- Willing to further education classes/trainings in the early childhood field preferred

Teacher
We are searching for passionate caregivers and early educators. Assistant Teachers support the teaching staff in providing a nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning environment, and assist in the supervision and education of the children in your care. Under the guidance and expertise of leading team members, gain valuable on the job experience, acquire the necessary skill-sets, and enhance your professional development in all our classrooms as a floater/substitute.
Qualifications
- Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency
- A minimum Level 2 Colorado Shines ECT certification and 1-2years experience in a childcare setting preferred.
- Any Infant/Toddler coursework is a plus.
- Willing to further education classes/trainings in the early childhood field preferred
