Ms. Bailey is currently a senior at CU Boulder, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. She’s taken courses such as developmental and biological psychology—knowledge she brings into her work with young children every day. Early childhood education has always been close to her heart; her mom owned a daycare/preschool, and Ms. Bailey worked as a floater with children ages six weeks to five years.
She loves being part of a child’s early learning journey and aims to be a positive role model in their lives. Her teaching philosophy is: always lead with kindness and inspire children to do the same. She finds joy in watching children grow, and believes laughter is one of the best parts of working with little ones (because kids really are hilarious!).
When she’s not in the classroom, Ms. Bailey loves painting, hiking, and discovering new places. She’s a proud dog mom to the cutest mini wiener dog and recently found a passion for running—especially after completing the BOLDERBoulder!
