Ms Zaneta comes to us with an impressive educational background majoring in Child Development and an ECE teaching certificate. While she has experience working with children up to their teenage years, her true passion lies in shaping young minds during their most formative years. Young children’s mind are particularly open to learning and trying new things and that’s why Ms. Zaneta finds working with them particularly inspiring. She enjoys contributing to children’s successes and witnessing their accomplishments. Ms. Zaneta really likes the “hands-on” side of a teacher’s job, and for her nothing can match the feeling she gets when she helps children to manage their emotions – one of the crucial skills they learn at preschool age.
Outside the classroom, Ms Zaneta is a hiking enthusiast, with Mission Peak being her favorite local trail. (Must feel relaxing after an exciting week after running around with preschoolers!) When she’s not scaling local mountains or nurturing young minds, Ms Zaneta can often be found plotting her next beach getaway. When she’s not conquering trails, she’s planning her next beach vacation—Hawaii is her all-time favorite, and Maui is next on her list! She’s also a big fan of Starbucks, hot pot, and sushi—basically, all the good things in life.
