I have always had a passion for books and sharing that passion with my babies has always been important to me. We read books as often as possible throughout our day. It's so much fun for us all!
Reading books teaches a baby about communication and vocabulary while also introducing concepts such as numbers, letters, colors and shapes in a fun way.
Babies learn from repetition so don't be afraid of reading the same books over and over again. The more stories that are read aloud, the more words your child will be exposed to and the better he or she will be able to talk.
Make books easy to reach and all over the house. Bring books with you in the car and, when running errands, rather than handing them a device, hand them a book that they enjoy and watch their love of reading soar!
