Ready for Kindergarten
My oldest daughter is going to Kindergarden next year and I can't stop worrying about her safety in a public school. Cognitively, socialy and academic wise I know that she is ready but I feel SAFE bringing her to Scuttlebugs as I have for the last 4 years because I know its a secure Center.

“I have toured/observed almost a hundred Centers over the last 6 years and Scuttlebugs is one the BEST centers you can take your children. Scuttlebugs and Google are my top two picks. Scuttlebugs provides a clean, safe, spacious, warm and loving environment.
My oldest daughter began in the infant room and is now in the Pre-K. My youngest daughter is almost a year old and has been in the infant room since she was only 3 months old. It was incredibly difficult to leave my baby at three months old but the teachers are very reassuring and I couldn’t imagine bringing her anywhere else. My oldest daughter is going to Kindergarden next year and I can’t stop worrying about her safety in a public school. Cognitively, socialy and academic wise I know that she is ready but I feel SAFE bringing her to Scuttlebugs as I have for the last 4 years because I know its a secure Center. When I was in the hospital last year my mother went to pick up my daughter for the first time so the teachers had never met my mother before. My mother explained that she was stopped twice before even getting into my daughters classroom and was then asked to see her ID! I don’t understand why any parent would complain about this safety procedure!! I love it!
Scuttlebugs is a CLEAN and spacious environment! This was actually one the first things that captured my attention because I was used to seeing so many Centers with brightly colored walls and centers that went over-board on posters which are scientificly proven to overstimulate young children so I am not sure why centers still do it! Scuttlebugs do have show cases for the childrens’ work in the classrooms and hallways so it’s cozy and “homey” but not over-board.
Keep in mind children get sick! Especially infants and toddlers or children attending school for the fist time…. (I am specifically mentioning this because of one the reviews blaming the center for their children getting sick! hahaha that is hilarious!)  But like I had mentioned earlier it is an extremely clean center. The Center actually closes atleast a couple times a year for deep cleaning, aside from the daily cleaning they do everyday.
The teachers were all wonderfully chosen! All the teachers are patient, energetic, loving and attentive to the childrens’ needs. It is clear that the teachers enjoy working with children. I am obviously happy with both of my daughters attending Scuttlebugs!
I recommend this center to any parent!”
